Will definitely take a while before creative fortitude of people is unleashed. As an insider from "the system" (drone production system I mean) I'M happy to see that there is a shift being experienced universally in there factories... at the engg college level. People getting to know of the possibilities,getting freedom and trying stuff. Best thing is to keep trying for a change, be a part of it, and something will happen as time passes by.
